Principles of our practice

Respectful treatment

We guarantee our patients friendly treatment and respectful treatment by our practice team. We ask and expect the same from our patients towards us and towards other patients. Thank you!

Tolerant and non-political practice

All patients are treated equally regardless of their origin, religion or political views. There is no preferential treatment or discrimination of individual groups of people.

Waiting time and treatment duration

On some days, many patients visit our practice. This can sometimes lead to longer waiting times or to the fact that the available treatment time is shorter than one would wish. We ask for your understanding. Patients with an appointment and seriously ill patients have shorter waiting times.

Training of medical professionals:

The training of junior medical staff is very important to us. In addition to our trainees as medical assistants, students of human medicine can also be found in practice on a regular basis. We are an academic teaching practice in general medicine of the Medical Faculty of the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
